The goal of the California Chamber of Commerce is to serve as a resource and advocate for California employers. We have more than 100 years of experience helping California business do business. Representing more than 13,000 companies of all types and sizes, the California Chamber is one of the state's largest broad-based non-profit organizations.
As your best resource, we make it our responsibility to simplify complicated California laws. We keep you informed and up to date on the latest compliance issues. The Chamber抯 full-time lobbying team works with the state Legislature, regulatory agencies, and other key personnel to ensure that business concerns are considered when new laws and regulations are proposed. Backing up the lobbying staff are representatives of member companies who serve on standing committees, member trade associations, and affiliated local chambers of commerce.
The California Chamber is also the authority for California labor law and safety resources and products. Each year, we help thousands of California employers understand laws and regulatory issues and advise employers on changes as they occur. Publications, newsletters, videos, posters and software to help businesses comply are available through the Calchamber Store.
